Question 2Pricing model: percentage of money saved to the company? Estimate savings

An office with 20 vehicles saves about €1,740 a month. We charge 14% of it

  • €1,740 a month: what an office with 20 vehicles saves, at the €100 hour Italian law sets
  • 14% of that saving is our price: €12 per vehicle a month, minimum €99
  • €8 per vehicle for the first 10 offices, 12 months, for a weekly 15 minutes of feedback

The default is a subscription anchored at about 14% of the estimated saving. A pure share of savings is offered as an option.

Why not only a shareEvery invoice would become a negotiation about what the office would have known anyway, and a quiet month would bill nothing.
A verified savingCounts only alerts the dispatcher confirmed, only for events outside a published calendar, priced with the cost model the customer agreed to. The monthly statement lists every line with its source.
The €100 hourItalian law sets €100 an hour for a truck kept waiting (art. 6-bis D.Lgs. 286/2005). We price an hour lost on the road at the same rate.
