Which of tomorrow’s loads will a restriction hit?

zhol answers it the evening before, for the traffic offices of small and mid-sized forwarders and hauliers on international lanes. One WhatsApp message, only when a load is hit, with the options. We start in Italy.

Until then the Luegbrücke on the Brenner motorway runs one lane each way while it is rebuilt.

Tyrol planned 30 dosing days for 2026 and added 15 unplanned ones by August.

    Road data goes digital27

EU countries must publish truck bans, closures and roadworks as digital data that software can read.

From 9 July 2027 every EU authority must also accept digital freight papers.

AI agents keep watch, your dispatcher gets a WhatsApp

    1

    Watch

Agents read truck bans, dosing calendars, closures, strikes, protests and blockades in seven countries, day and night. Official calendars are encoded as rules; news is read by AI.

    2

    Verify

Every event keeps its source and a quote, and a person approves it before it can reach a dispatcher.

    3

    Match

Each event is checked against tomorrow’s loads at every pass, tunnel, border and city, with EU driving-time rules and the exemptions for fresh food.

    4

    Alert

Only when a load is hit: one WhatsApp message with the options and what each one costs.

The message our working prototype produced for the Sicily stoppage, in Italian as the dispatcher reads it. The loads are invented; the event is real.

Example built on the Sicily stoppage of 16–20 Oct 2026 (Il Post, Coldiretti). The loads are invented.
Why a calendar is not enough

At Kufstein, dosing starts at 05:00. The night ban ends at 05:00.

A truck coming from Munich may not drive the Inntal motorway before the night ban lifts at 05:00, and at that minute the dosing begins. Leaving earlier does not help; telling the customer does. zhol checks the combination, not one rule at a time.
